Has anyone eaten at Benja's Thai restaurant in St. George? 
I LOVE that restaurant and every time I go in there I talk to the owner and ask (more like beg) her to do a cooking class to teach me to make some of the fabulous food there.

Ahhhhhh! I am so jealous! Learn how to make the coconut curry stuff for me! I am drooling right now! I want to take the class with you....do you think she can travel to Philly to do one too? hahah! Love ya!
