My first blog...

Okay, okay so this is my first official blog on my new account. I don't expect to be blogging much (mostly about my craft projects and my husbands new business he is doing on the side) but mostly I created the account so I could log-on to one site and have all my favorite music playing and friends blogs information ready and available. It's more of a convenience for me. With that said, I am excited to be blogging.

First off, I wanted to let Lizzy know that I started my first official card making group and love it. Last month was a birthday theme and this months is baby theme. You need to post some pictures of your latest creations so I can get some good ideas!!!

Here is some things my husband and I have been up to the last little while...

The picture below of one of the many designs my husband has created for his new side business. (We haven't come up with a name yet so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.) He makes lanyards for game calls. Being the Mr. Outdoors man that he is, he has come up with this awesome lanyard idea and sold a couple of his designs to some hunting companies in and out of Utah. He is also promoting his ideas at a couple hunting conventions and shows in Oklahoma, Florida and next month Utah. They also can be found in a couple Sportsman's Warehouses here in Utah. Keep your eyes open for them...they just might be coming to a retail store near you soon :-) He loves making them and being the ultimate sales man that he is has already turned a small profit. It's a great affordable gift for any man that loves to hunt...so if you want one, you can even special order one on this website. Just let us know what colors you want and we can ship it right to you! Shameless plug I know...can you blame me?

Along with my husbands creative designs I have also been busy with being the crafty girl that I am... Here is some pictures of my latest creations.

For Christmas I was busy creating a quilo (quilt plus pillow) for my little sister's family. I loved this quilt and I hand-stitched EVERYTHING!!! Here are some pictures...
